The webmaster(s) didn’t make this campout, but from the reports we have it was quite an outing. 34 rigs total from both Northern and Southern California clubs. Lots of good food and a few exciting moments. The full reports are in the June issue of the Newsletter which is available in the Member’s area. A few safety tips are worth sharing:

1) Do NOT use white gas for starting a campfire. If you must do so INSURE that there are no ignition sources in the fire pit before applying the liquid fuel.

2) Do NOT use a rocking ottoman for a step stool. Just don’t.

3) Watch your step. All the time. There are many hazards and falling is hard on people.

Aside from the extra excitement there was a lot of good food and good friends.

There are bylaw changes proposed for the general meeting this year. Refer to the Newsletter for details.

Pismo Campout!Comments Off

While everyone is out having fun at Pismo Beach, we’re at home working on the website and a few other things.

The ByLaws are posted in the Member’s Area. Thanks to DawnB for scanning them in. See the newsletter for some proposed changes to the ByLaws at the Annual Meeting.

We’ll post a campout report as soon as we get one. Hopefully someone will stop relaxing and send one soon…
